I take this opportunity to wish you a happy Monday
Desire, passion and opportunity have a way of keeping each others company. When and where there is no desire or passion then opportunity is most often ignored or lost. When desire or passion is strong enough then it naturally attracts opportunity because desire and passion are magnets.
So far I cannot recall ever coming across a formula to stir or ignite desire and passion but this in no cause to ignore the reality of these. They are like inspiration which is common to every man while at the same time every man is not inspired to do the same thing or in the same way.
You and I have today which is the present, the past is already and there is nothing that you and I can do about it and the future is yet to be and it has no guarantee. That is why we have to make use of the now and make our impact today. It is important for us to recognize opportunity and seize its possibilities. The saddest words in the English language are the words "If only". Today we can continue to build on what we have already started or to make a start. For those who have not yet made the start there must be an idea, thought or dream that you can begin to pursue. The intensity with which you go about pursuing that idea, thought or dream will determine your desire or passion. You will find that if your pursuit is sufficiently intense you will not only attract opportunities but they will spawn other areas to pursue. You will also find that after a time you have more things to pursue than as an individual you can cope with therefore it is important to follow through to the end. There is nothing wrong with recruiting others as you pursue your ideas, thoughts, dreams and aspirations. It is a good thing when your dreams get bigger than you.
Remember that bravery and courage are qualities that are best demonstrated in battle and they are essentially useless unless there is a challenge. It take battles and challenges to build these so today is the day to either continue what has already begun or to make a start.
